‘Living a Healthier Life’ Workshop

The mission of Wholistic Health Centre is to educate our community to live healthier lives.  Our goal is to equip our audience with a working knowledge of health so that you have the best chance at preventing disease.

Dr John Infante (Chiropractor) provides lifestyle workshops to community groups, workplaces and organisations, guiding them on how to live healthier lives.

The ‘Living a Healthier Life’ workshop educates you on how the most common issues we face today can be tackled, such as headaches, neck and back pain, postural problems and stress.

Our health talks are dynamic, entertaining, and provide good information not only on the benefits of chiropractic, but also on how the body works.

As a Wellness Expert, Chiropractor Dr John can talk about more than just neck and back pain relief from chiropractic.  He is available to give a complimentary talk on topics that suits your needs. Please let us know and we can create a talk tailored to fit your group.
